Section 1
Abbreviation, extension and initialization
(1) The name of this Act is “Abuse of Powers Investigation Commission Act, 2048”.
(2) This Act shall be applicable throughout Nepal and shall be applicable to all Nepali citizens irrespective of their residence outside Nepal.
(3) This Act shall come into force immediately.
